Have you always wanted to be a writer?
Ever since I was a little girl. I read every spare moment I had, and I started writing my first book at the age of 10.

How many unpublished and half-finished books do you have?
Four or five, most of which I doubt I will ever finish. While writing Radiant Bliss was a labour of love, it took me five years to write, and still occupies many of my waking moments today as I traverse the unfamiliar and daunting path of book markeing. I am not sure how many more times I can do this.

What makes your latest book an exciting read?
Radiant Bliss is exciting because it invites readers on a journey of inner discovery. It’s not just informative—it’s immersive and experiential. There’s something powerful about how the book speaks directly to the soul, encouraging reflection and transformation. Readers often say they feel held by the book—that it sparks a shift in perspective, a softening, a sense of coming home. That inner awakening makes it more than just a book—it becomes a turning point.

What is different about your book compared to other books in your genre?
What makes Radiant Bliss: A Transformative Yoga Journey for the Modern Soul unique is its soul-nourishing approach to yoga—not merely as a series of physical postures, but as a deeply personal and spiritual path. Rather than focusing solely on technique, the book blends timeless yogic wisdom, reflective storytelling, and modern-day relevance to speak directly to the reader’s inner experience.

It’s crafted to feel more like a trusted companion than an instructional guide—gently encouraging introspection, emotional healing, and meaningful transformation. I didn’t want to create another how-to manual; I wanted to offer a journey—something that supports, uplifts, and inspires from within.

The practices are accessible to all, yet the deeper offering lies in how the book invites a reconnection to something sacred in everyday life. It’s not just about practicing yoga—it’s about embodying it.

What are the words you live by?
I hold close the quiet knowing that our true nature is bliss. These words are a compass for me—a gentle reminder that beneath all the noise, striving, and uncertainty, there is a deep well of peace within each of us, waiting to be remembered.

I’m also deeply moved by Toni Morrison’s wisdom: “If there’s a book you want to read, but it hasn’t been written yet, then you must write it.” That quote felt like a soul whisper when I found myself searching for a book on the Koshas that didn’t yet exist in the way I envisioned. I realized I wasn’t just looking for a book—I was being called to write one.

These words remind me that we are all here to listen inward, trust what we feel, and offer our light into the world in whatever way we can.

What is your favorite quote from your book?
One of my favorite lines from Radiant Bliss: A Transformative Yoga Journey for the Modern Soul is: “Your true nature is bliss.”

It’s a simple phrase, yet it holds the essence of the entire book. We often search so far outside ourselves for peace, joy, or purpose—forgetting that what we truly seek is already within us. This quote is an invitation to pause, soften, and remember. It’s not just a mantra—it’s a truth we carry in our bones, waiting to be reclaimed.
